- Customized or personalized items such as wedding gowns. We ONLY accept wedding gown returns related to quality issues only. Please refer to our size Charts before placing an order.

- Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Cancellations:If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders already shipped.
